MÉNAGE — Refund Policy
All purchases from MÉNAGE are considered final. Each piece is produced with intent, purpose, and permanence.
Refunds are not extended under ordinary circumstances. Exceptions are granted only in the rare case that:

The item has not been delivered, or

The package has been stolen or lost in verified transit.
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the noted delivery date. All investigations are conducted with the carrier before resolution.
MÉNAGE is not responsible for errors in customer-provided shipping information, nor for requests made due to preference, sizing, or change of mind. Once a piece is confirmed as delivered, it becomes the responsibility of its new owner.
