Processing

Each order is prepared with precision. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before dispatch. During high-volume periods, processing may extend.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via trusted carriers. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout and vary by destination. MÉNAGE is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

Delivery & Risk

Ownership transfers once the carrier confirms delivery. MÉNAGE is not liable for packages sent to addresses provided incorrectly at checkout.

If an order is marked delivered, it is considered received.
Claims for lost or stolen shipments must be made within 7 days of the expected delivery date and will be investigated with the carrier.

International Orders

Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient. MÉNAGE is not liable for charges applied by the destination country.
