All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. MÉNAGE reserves the right to refuse service, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion.
2. Final Sale
All purchases are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted. Refunds are granted only if an order is not delivered or is verified as lost/stolen in transit.
3. Product Integrity
Each piece is produced with precision and intent. Variations in fabric, finish, or construction are part of the design process and are not considered defects.
4. Shipping & Risk
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Once a carrier confirms delivery, ownership and liability transfer to the customer. MÉNAGE is not responsible for misdirected shipments due to customer error.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials on this site are the property of MÉNAGE. Reproduction, modification, or distribution without written consent is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
MÉNAGE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
7. Governing Law
